We are looking for Front of House all-rounders to join Mojo

We run multiple sites throughout the Auckland CBD that offer a range of paces from full kitchens serving a la carte breakfast and lunch, as well as a full complement of cabinet food.

The Mojo team seeks staff who are enthusiastic, forward thinkers, and most importantly reliable.
Each cafe has a team of service professionals, delivering the consistency Mojo has earned a reputation for.

We are looking for a staff member that is experienced with table service and can work at pace. Our customers expect a high level of accuracy and attentiveness and we strive on delivering great customer service. While coffee knowledge is a bonus it isn't a necessity as full training will be given. Maybe you're looking at working days instead of nights, and ready to pause restaurant life.

Job Description

To be an advocate of the Mojo Coffee brand, culture and business. To ensure we meet or exceed customer expectations of product quality and service standards every day, through a strong understanding of the Mojo business, products, policies and procedures.To assist in the efficient operation of the Front of House in order to meet operational standards, including but not limited to - coffee consistency, quality and wait times, customer service, wastage minimisation and store presentation.
